Technical Skills:
- Must have ability to resolve cabling problems. Must be able to do physical mounting of hardware at customer site, do cabling and labelling.
- Good knowledge and hand on experience in commissioning and support services of Unified communication solutions along with data networking knowledge
- Excellent problem analytical skills and problem simulation

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Graduate engineer or Diploma holder in Electronics / Telecom / IT/ Computer Science/ Mechanical
Minimum Experience:
- Must have minimum 2-3 years of experience in Installation and maintenance of Data network, Structured Cabling, Servers &UC/PABX systems.
- Certifications in any PABX or Data networking solutions. (CCNA or similar)
- Experience in Data networking, WiFi will have preference.
