Job Description

What you will do Support interaction with the SuppliersHandle emails, make follow ups, arrange for documentsSchedule appointments and organize meetings and presentationsEnsure confidential and sensitive information is protected at all timesWork with team members and procurement manager to complete responsibilities as needed.  

Desired Skills

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT related Procurement /Accounts/ Finance/ Corporate services
  • Knowledge of administration and sectorial works
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Preferably with Basic operating knowledge of software such as SAP and ARIBA P2P

 

What equips you for the role

  • Full time Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Any Procurement or Finance Certification is an added value
