- Advanced Microsoft Dynamics CRM skills in Customer Service, Marketing and Sales modules
- Hands on working knowledge of Click Dimensions platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
- Working knowledge with Customer Data Platform – Tealium, Adobe, Salesforce, Treasuredata or the like
- Sound knowledge of Cloud and integration technologies.
- Knowledge of security technologies and implementation.
What equips you for the role
- A bachelor’s degree and demonstrated academic achievement in relevant technologies.
- 4 plus years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of project management tools, especially cloud-based software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
