Provide support for all technical-related activities on-site & remotely such as installation of all IT hardware and software (e.g. CCTV, Networking, Servers, AV, Fibre optic, WIFI, servers, laptops, printers, PABXs, etc.), configuring & troubleshooting all software applications, and repairing/replacing damaged hardware in the head office and its subsidiaries.Manage all IT-related documents...

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in responsive web design (RWD) techniques.
- Understanding of SEO principles and implementation.
- Experience in end-user support – L1 and L2.
