UAE National with Family Book.Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.10+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with demonstrated experience in leading HR transformation initiatives effectively.Experience in driving HR digital transformation initiatives and leveraging HR technology for process improvement is highly desirable.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
