• Extensive experience working on teams that used data-driven processes to put new Machine Learning models into production, set solid metrics goals, had a successful launch, and showed continuous improvement on KPIs after the system was in production.
• Track record leading cross-functional squads of engineers and data practitioners fully adopting agile practices and methodology to deliver world-class products.
• Strong knowledge of data tech stack and tools such as SQL, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Apache Spark, PowerBI, Azure OpenAI Studio, etc.
• Experience working in a "direct-to-consumer" environment is preferred
• Experience developing or running a brand loyalty program is preferred
• Experience working as part of a large business conglomerate operating in multiple markets is preferred
