Desired Skills
- 7+ years of Marketing industry and CRM management experience, with at least 3+ years in the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
- Expertise in CRM Marketing and email performance (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong technical skills, including Excel, data mining, and data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
- Data-driven thinking with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
- Works independently, manages multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
