Desired Skills
- 40 years old and below
- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology or Chemistry – Experience in lieu is acceptable
- At least 5 years within the food & restaurant industry primarily within R&D and QA of reputable food manufacturing company
- Experience in meat processing, GMP, HACCP, Food Labelling Requirements
- Significant experience in new product development and improving existing products
- Significant experience with leading R&D initiatives
- Experience of engaging with multi-functional / discipline teams
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
