Job Description
Assist Chef de Partie in food preparation and presentation.Manage specific tasks within the kitchen station.Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.Support in training and supervising junior staff.Contribute to menu development under supervision and safety standards of UAE Health and Safety Regulations
Desired Skills
- Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
- 24 to 30 years old
- Degree in culinary science or related certificate
- Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
- Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
- Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) Credentials in health and safety training
