Job Description
Execute precise cooking techniques for hot section dishes.Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in the hot section.Ensure consistent quality through taste tests and presentation checks.Manage inventory and control wastage in the hot section.Collaborate with other kitchen sections for smooth service operations.
Desired Skills
- Open to Asian nationalities
- 45 years old and below
- At least 1 year experience in the same role
- Preferably someone who have worked in a high-end casual or fine dining restaurant with at least 80 pax. seating capacity
