- 24 to 30 years old
- Must have good understanding of the local food culture and preferences in UAE incorporating traditional flavors into the menu.
- Must be HACCP certified - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Must have 2-3 years of proven experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or Chef De Partie in one of the prestigious cafés in the UAE.
