Desired Skills

Must haves: 10+ years of professional supply chain or procurement experience. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration. High level of written and verbal business in English. Arabic would be beneficial but not essential. Service-oriented personality, team orientation, and professional attitude. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills. Possess a logical mind-set, is results driven and a natural team player willing to go the extra mile. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Must have strong self-initiation and decision-making skills and good understanding of procurement processes. Proficient in ERPs such as SAP, Oracle and Estate Master Real Estate Software would be highly advantageous. Excellent negotiation skills.
