Qualified lawyer with extensive work experience in real estate across the GCC. A minimum of 2-3 year's experience at a reputable private practice firm is highly preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in legal principles and practicesAt least 5 year's experience working in-house within the real estate market, enabling a comprehensive understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirementsExtensive knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in the GCC market, particularly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment
