The ideal candidate should have:
· At least 3 years of experience in UAE's Real Estate.
· A valid UAE driving license.
· Proven track record in sales (desirable)
· Working Knowledge of ZOHO and CRM.
· Strong Negotiation Skills.
· Must be fluent in English. Arabic Language is an advantage.
· Presentable and Trustworthy.
You, as an agent, will have job roles as mentioned below:
· Qualify leads in a timely manner to build a pipeline.
· Become an area specialist in which you become community expert.
· Attend sales and marketing trainings.
· Build a network with all prospects to ensure long-term/repetitive business
· Stay up-to-date with the latest market, statistics of transactions, and project launches
· Arrange open houses for property listing within the communities to increase exposure and traffic and build database
· Use existing database to canvas and create prospects from already available resources
