What equips you for the role

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Talent Management, Development & HR Project Management in a regional capacity
  • Proven track record in improving performance and managing the succession planning agenda
  • Solid experience in ERP systems – well versed with various talent modules
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Management
  • Certificate in Business Consultancy/ British Psychological Society Qualification in Occupational Testing- Ability & Personality
