- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Membership in the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management (IWFM), formally BIFM (minimum), certified membership preferred.
- Accredited technical training certifications related to Community Management are an added advantage.
- 4+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 1+ years in a retail environment, preferably within the UAE.
- Solid understanding of fit-out work in retail assets.
- Proficiency in Facilities Management (FM) software.
