Desired Skills
40 years old and below
Degree/Diploma in Food Technology or Chemistry – Experience in lieu is acceptable
At least 5 years within the food & restaurant industry primarily within R&D and QA of reputable food manufacturing company
Experience in meat processing, GMP, HACCP, Food Labelling Requirements
Significant experience in new product development and improving existing products
Significant experience with leading R&D initiatives
Experience of engaging with multi-functional / discipline teams
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
