Required Skills to be successful
− Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in similar role
− Track record of success in supporting a main contract over the value of AED 50mil
What equips you for the role
− Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineer and/or Quantity Surveying
− Working towards Membership of Professional Body (RICS or CIOB) – Preferred.
− Good understanding of commercial and financial acumen
− Good knowledge of one or more complex functional or business area
