- At least 5 years’ recent experience in the automotive dealership as a Workshop Supervisor, Controller or Foreman with valid UAE Driving license
About the team:
- The role will report to the Aftersales Manager and you will be working in a busy workshop environment wherein you will be dealing directly with Workshop Supervisor, Controller, Foreman & Technicians in a daily basis.
What equips you for the role:
- The ideal candidate for this role should possess a degree or Diploma preferably in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering or any Technical Certifications. You should have at least a minimum of 5 years’ recent experience in an automotive dealership. You should have excellent technical knowledge and has the ability to write technical reports. You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence.
- Candidates with experience in the automotive industry as a Foreman, Supervisor, Team Leader or Workshop Controller are highly preferred. Having a valid UAE driving license is necessary for this role!
