- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments and weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Valid HVAC technician license or certification from a recognized authority is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
