skills & competencies:
- Passion for teaching and commitment to education children;
- High level of professionalism and consideration of the well-being of children;
- Respect for all members of the school, irrespective of position, age and ethnic background;
- Knowledgeable about the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) framework;
- Collaborative team player and strategic thinker;
- Able to convert vision into action;
- Flexible and capable of managing growth and instilling high standards, adept in multilingual settings.
education & qualifications:
- Master’s degree/Teaching certification from KHDA/NPQH or equivalent educational leadership qualification;
- Minimum of 5 year’s school leadership experience in similar setting;
- Educational working experience inside UAE, preferably in Dubai;
- Available to join in April 2024.
