Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a construction or consulting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools, such as CostX or BuildSoft.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
